Best Practices
Sterling silver will begin to tarnish over time due to a
reaction with air & water. When
tarnishing begins, use a silver polishing cloth to remove any dirt and/or
tarnishing and to revive the original silver.
Avoid storing in high moisture areas such as a bathroom. It
is important to store your jewelry in a box to lessen any reaction with oxygen
or in an airtight bag to prevent oxidation.
Do not use with any chemicals or cleaning agents as this can
leave residues, discoloration or alter the silver.
Avoid using lotions, hairsprays and perfumes to keep your
jewelry clean and sparkling.
Keep separate from other jewelry to avoid scratching.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver also known as silver 925 is 92.5% pure
silver or higher. The other part is mixed with other materials for durability.

Silver 999
Silver 999 is almost pure silver at 99.9%. It is used with
our pieces that undergo electroforming; a certain technique used to produce large pieces that are lightweight.
18K Gold & Rose Gold Plating
Gold and rose gold are plated over the silver. It is best to store any plated materials in an airtight container when
not using to avoid oxidation. If necessary use only a soft cotton cloth or silver polishing cloth to clean.

Rhodium Plating
Rhodium is a hard and corrosion-resistant metal that is
incredibly rare & expensive. It is used to provide an extra bright, white shine to silver but also to act as a protective coat to shield jewelry from scratching and tarnishing from oxidation.
Avoid all chemicals such as cleaning agents, hair products,
chlorine, etc. as this will damage the rhodium and cause discoloration.
